Fall Leadership Conference (FLC)
The New York DECA Fall Leadership Conference brings together chapters from through out the state for an exciting and memorable experience. Members choose workshops to attend in areas including leadership, how to win in competitive events, running for state office and life after DECA. During the conference each member has the chance to participate in a competitive event to practice their skills or see how they will face up against a judge before regional competition and states. This conference will take place in Boston, Massachusetts during the NARCON Conference.


North Atlantic Region Leadership Conference (NARCON)
The North Atlantic Region Conference is a Fall Leadership Conference put on by National DECA. Between 1,500 to 3,000 DECA members from states and provinces in the North Atlantic Region will attend this conference. There are workshops for students as well as advisors, keynote speakers, networking opportunities and much more.

2008 - Toronto, Ontario, Canada


State Career Conference (SCC)
The State Career Conference is the annual climax of the New York state DECA year. Members can participate in competitive events, take part in a leadership academy, or play a part in the State Officer elections. Recognition is given to outstanding individuals and groups while top award winners qualify to compete in international competition.

International Career Development Conference (ICDC)
The International Career Development Conference is the highlight of the DECA year. Thirteen thousand students, advisors, businesspersons and alumni gather for several days of DECA excitement. Most participants are at ICDC to compete in one of DECA’s competency based competitive events. The top competitors in each event are recognized for their outstanding achievements. In addition to the competitive events many students and advisors participate in a number of leadership academies as well as take part in the student National Officer Elections.
